With your luxury condominium you will most likely be assigned your own parking spots within the complex’s garage or parking lot.  Another feature you will find in the majority of luxury condominium complexes is extra storage units.  So if you wish to put stuff away during off seasons you will be entitled to your own storage area.

 

Your luxury condominium will be governed by its own set of unique rules, regulations and bylaws.  Every condominium will vary in how strict they are in how they enforce these rules.  Whether they are strict or relaxed, it’s always important to make a good impression, so be respectful in regards to these rules.  Especially rules regarding the amount of occupants per unit, pets, noise and parking. 

 

Luxury condominiums will come with more expenses than just that of the purchase price.  So make sure to be aware of your budget as a whole and to not leave anything else.  Other things that will be apart of your budget with a luxury condominium will including monthly condominium fees, common expenses, property taxes, unit and contents insurance, mortgage payments, amenity fees, utilities, telephone, cable, internet access, a contingency for emergency repairs and maintenance costs associated with the upkeep of your unit.

 

This may seem like a lot, but that’s part of living in the lap of luxury.  With luxury condominiums you will have to manage all of those expenses, however the luxurious feel these condominiums have to offer you on a daily basis of living will be well worth it.
